Bravecto Topical Solution For Cats is a topical medication (applied directly to your cat's skin) containing fluralaner. Bravecto Topical Solution for Cats kills adult fleas and is indicated for the treatment and prevention of flea infestations and the treatment and control of Ixodes scapularis (black-legged tick) infestations for 12 weeks in cats and kittens 6 months of age and older, weighing 2.6 pounds or greater. Bravecto Topical Solution For Cats is also indicated for the treatment and control of Dermacentor variabilis (American dog tick) infestations.

Bravecto Topical Solution should be administered topically as single dose every 12 weeks according to the Dosage Schedule included with the product. Bravecto Topical may be administered every 8 weeks in case of potential exposure to Dermacentor variabilis ticks. Treatment with Bravecto Topical may begin at any time of the year and can continue year round without interruption. The single-dose applicator tube is easy to use. Simply open the applicator, part the hair on the cat's neck at the base of the head, and apply. Make sure you get the medication directly on your cat's skin, not on the haircoat. Do not let your cat lick herself until the product dries (approximately 30 minutes after application).
