My dog's neck is at the low end of this collar's size range, and I know through experience that I can't go down one size. So I'm stuck with the 1" wide collar. Personalized with my name and telephone number. the size adjustment buckle sits right on top of my dogs name since I have to cinch up half the collar to fit correctly. This is always a problem with personalized collars for some reason, but this is the worst I've had. I don't know why the manufacturer can't center the personalized info on the collar or use a different sizing mechanism. I gave this item a "fair" rating because the collar is made well and the stitching is pretty good, but the sizing is ridiculous.

I am pleased with the quality of this collar. I ordered it in black with white embroidery. The embroidery is very clear to read and really stands out against the black. It is a little narrower than I expected, but probably matches the dimensions as indicated on the website. It fits my dog's neck perfectly, as I measured his neck with a measuring tape prior to ordering.
