This works really well. Does not slip around the floor and is not plastic so that water gets trapped under it. Love being able to personalize it too!

I just received this a week ago, has been good since. My boxer is a very messy drinker and this really helps with the water leaking through to the wood floor. It sticks to the floor well, he has not bothered with moving it around so overall it is good so far. I did not wash it yet, so I cannot comment on how well it washes. Good product!

I bought this for my 3.5 month old puppy who dragged it across the hardwood floor, spilling the water from the bowl, to her bed where she scratched the surface until it was all pilly. It is now in the garbage. If you have a more mature dog who won't bother with it, it is cute. Be aware you will have to place the bowls higher than the personalization so it can be seen.

This mat is really a great buy. It's so cute and really does stay in place, no sliding or rolling around. I had been using a placemat for years for Lucy's food bowls. Ever since I have had it, I have had no water on the floor or had to move it one time. The only thing is with the size of her food/water bowl combo I have to almost move it all the way to the back of the mat for her name to show up good. But it matches the kitchen tile great. Now, my baby thinks she's even more spoiled -- if that's possible. She already rules the roost.
