This product is so great. I was recommended this by my boyfriends cousin and it didn't work at first but after a couple bottles of this, my dog does not like it. She's a Lab Mix. Grab a bottle to try if your dog keeps biting stuff. My dog would bite on her cage (metal bars) until I got a new cage for her that's plastic and this will stay on the cage not like the metal bars where it didn't really stick on very well.

I bought this dogg apple bitter for my ferret. Good News!! She hates it !! I have been using it for about 5 days and she gets the point but still is rebellious. The bottle is half gone already (thats how bad her pooping and biting problem is) I also use it when she runs around the house and tries to sneak around places she knows she is not supposed to be. It doesn't seem to be toxic although could have bought the cat kind. And they also have one for ferrets. I hope this will teach her and not have to use it forever. It is a little expensive

Easy to use. I have two bottle, one for my room and the other in the kitchen. I do not find the odor offensive, I guess since I do not really smell it but my dog does smell it and finds it offensive.

My pup was in the habit of carrying and chewing his leash when on a walk, among other things he chewed on. A quick spray of bitter apple and he totally leaves it alone. perfect.

We used Bitter Apple to spray on items we don't want our kittens to touch or play with. Even though we sprayed it on the items, the kitties still played with them as if nothing had changed.

Can I use this for my hamster?
- I believe this is only for dogs. I would check and see if there is any for hamsters. This stuff they have just for cats and just for dogs only. So I would check if they have a hamster version on this. Hope this helps!

How often?
- I would apply a new spray everyday because it will dry up eventually and it would defeat it's purpose if you don't spray at least every 24 hours until your kitten Pilot stops the chewing and biting. Once done biting, then stop using it until Pilot starts doing it again. Hope this helps!

Does this have a scent?
- There is like an alcohol rub smell to it, not too strong of an odor but you do smell it. When I use this before I put my dog in her cage I let the smell go away first for like 5 mins or so then put her in the cage so she doesn't have to deal with that strong scent.

what is your dogs name?
- I've sprayed this on my dresser and carpet and so far so good no signs of damage at all. I would spray a tiny bit on your furniture first to see if it would damage anything before going crazy spraying all over with it.

what can i use to keep my dog out of the trash can s in kitchen and bathroom?
- Buy one of those trash cans online that has a foot step at the bottom that you have to step on to open, the trash cans that open then auto close. Simple Human makes a good trash can. Check out their website.

- Yes you can. You can spray this on where ever your dog is biting herself and once she smells it she either will like this product or sniff and not bite herself anymore. Every dog is different and will react different to this product.

can i put bitter apple on my hands to stop puppy from bitting?
- Yes, I also put it on my ankles. I have a 4 month old yellow lab who's teething. Give Oreo lots of other things to chew on. Freeze a wadded up old wash rag, they like that. Also, ice cubes.
