Smells great, may not last too long

We bathed our dog a week ago with this. It smells very good, not too overbearing or sticky-sweet, and left her coat feeling wonderfully soft. A week later she was back to smelling like dog.
Petco goofed and forgot to send the conditioner with my order, so my experience is only with using the shampoo. However, less than 10 minutes on the phone later and the very helpful representative arranged to send a replacement. Great customer service, very easy to deal with and friendly. The replacement arrived much quicker than I was expecting, too.
Yes, I recommend this product.
