WHAT A GREAT LOOKING PRODUCT. WISH I COULD SECURE THE INSERT TO MY WINDOW THOUGH, IT FELL IN ON MY LITTLE ONE COMING INTO THE HOUSE. I KNOW I LOVE IT DURING THE NIGHT WHILE SHE IS IN TRAINING TO USE IT BY HERSELF. WILL BE MOST HAPPY WHEN SHE IS USING IT ALL BY HERSELF.

Product arrived in a timely fashion, was packaged appropriately. Easy to understand instructions and set up took minutes. My cat took to using the door right away!

I was a little worried my cat would be afraid to use it, but she jumped right through the second I set it up! I don't feel any drafts coming through either, definitely happy I purchased it!

Nice quality cat door for our window. Fits well, nicely finished. We bought the regular size door as opposed to the "fat cat" size and our 16lb cat fits through it just fine. It's taking the cats a while to understand the concept of the door, but they are figuring it out.

This cat flap is solid yet streamlined. I was hesitant to put it a conspicuous window until I saw it. It doesn't cheapen the appearance of the window at all. In fact, I installed it in our dining room window and we have enjoyed watching our cats come and go while we eat dinner. This product is sturdy and well constructed. It fit the window perfectly and snugly. The weatherstripping did not stick to the window but some white duct tape worked nicely. The locking mechanism is great but the button could be a little bigger and more sturdy, I'm afraid it would break with time and use. Overall, very, very happy with this product and so are the kitties >^;^<
