does a dog raincoat keep a dog cozy
- Yes and No. Most will not be fleecy and warm on this inside. They are waterproof meant to keep the dog dry. Think of it just like a raincoat for a person! Some however are lined with fleece ,and if not you can just get a thin sweater that your dog can wear in the house, and when it rains just put the raincoat over the sweater (if that works for your dog you may need the rain coat to be a bigger size depending).
