Unfortunately, my furbaby isn't attracted to the scent so he's still making messes.

I find that the sprinkling of attractant on unscented cat litter helps new cats know where to use the bathroom. You don't even need to use the amount they suggest. I foster cats and kittens and use this on fosters that seem to miss the box. It draws them to the right spot. The key is to have unscented clay or wheat litter and sprinkle it on top everytime you scoop. I like this better than the attractant litter which seems to smell really bad after awhile. Not this stuff.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I have four cats and all used to have no problem with urinating in one of the boxes (5). However, one of my cats now refuses to use the litter box and has decided the dining room is the place to go for her. I have tried Dr. Elsey's Ultra Litter Attractant, but it hasn't worked for any of them. I'm going to keep trying.

No, I do not recommend this product.

We had a cat who had avoided the litter box for a while unless it was FRESH litter, but even with daily sifting she'd start relieving herself outside of the litter box within about a week. We are able to add the litter attractant to the litter our other cat prefers and now can go up to three weeks between litter box cleanings. We add a decent amount when we change the litter and sprinkle some on top every time the litter is sifted

Yes, I recommend this product.

Stop them from peeing everywhere by making sure that you use this product as directed and Your furniture will Thank You. We have two Bengals. Our girl Bengal was trying to tell me something when she was running on my Walls! Then she finally got my attention when she let it all out on my leather sofa. I cleaned it up and she went to spend the rest of the day in my bedroom with her brother. When I talked to my husband about it he informed me that we had been out of this product for a few days. Some blessing are never fully shown until it Runs out. She is a very happy cat now and her brother is happy that he doesn't have to share his man-cave (my room)

Yes, I recommend this product.

does Precious Cat Litter Attractant really work? I've got a 2 yr old Bengal that I have tried everything and nothing has worked.

  1. Yes, for us, it has been an important piece of the puzzle. I would advise trying to figure out why the cat is doing this. In our case, it seemed to be mostly due to harassment by our other cat who herself was feeling unhappy due to winter cabin fever, a relatively new dog, and not enough attention. It took some time and observation to figure this out, but we seem to have settled the issue (going on a year now). We relocated one of the litter boxes, now sift the litter every day and sprinkle a bit of litter attractant on top each time, keep towels and clothes off the floor (her favorite winter alternative), and make sure both cats are getting enough attention and the dogs enough exercise. In our case this product was not a simple one-step solution, but definitely a part of what helps our cat feel comfortable using her litter box.
