We have 2 miniature Schnauzers 16lbs. and 17lbs. Purchased the larger pen with floor. It works really well, best we've seen or tried. Dogs cannot open the door, but we bungee cord it just in case. Everything else is perfect! The way it fits together, we don't use the top caps, just connect the sides and the dogs are secure. Takes 3 min. or less to set up or take down. We use it in the house, and in the moterhome when we take the dogs. Stores easily in the motorhome "basement". Highly recommend this set. Well designed and manufactured. Schnauzer proof. The brother likes to chew.

I bought this product to use as an indoor play pen for my 7 week old yellow lab puppy. Assembled as a closed play pen, I found it much too small and confining. My puppy didn't like it either. However, I really like using the component pieces as gates to block off certain rooms -- I am quite satisfied using this product for that purpose. For a play pen, I highly recommend the Precision Pet Eight Panel Wire play pen instead.

We bought this outdoor pet gate to use and keep on our deck to prevent our dog from running into the unfenced back yard. It is well built and easy to assemble and take apart to reconfigure. We are using it as a pet gate.

I loved the look of the pen but the bars were too wide for a 3 pound puppy. She could walk right through it. I love Petco's return policy. We ordered it through the internet but was able to return it to the store.

I have a 14 wk pound puppy (small-medium breed) that jumped out of this play pen the first day. We put a plywood sheet over the top, so she bull-dosed through the gate. My puppy is a talented jumper, but at 15lbs.....really?? That being said, it is easy to assemble and provides a nice environment for the puppy, but the idea was containment!
