Add Missing Link Ultimate Avian Formula Food Supplement to soft food, seed, vegatables or fruit, according to size of bird. Daily intake can be divided into two or more servings. Daily Intake to size of bird: Small Birds (Canaries, Parakeets, Finches, etc.) 0.4g (1/8 tsp.) Medium Birds (Conures, Cockatiels, Pigeons. etc.) 0.75g (1/4 tsp.) Large Birds (Parrots, Cockatoos, Macaws, etc.) 1.5g (1/2 tsp.)

With this added nutrient to my four budgies, I have seen tremendous improvement with their well being. I was particularly worried about one of my budgies, because she seemed stoic and overweight. I am learning about the specific nutrients and light that are very important for their development. I want to wean them from the bird food that had artificial flavors and colors to the seed. Along with giving them fresh greens, I also bought the Premium Blend because the formula did not have anything artificial in it; in addition to adding the Missing Link. The bird I was very concerned about is more active and social with the other birds and seems to be losing weight slowly. Omega 3s are extremely important nutritive for all beings involved.
