the item looks good, my cat seems to like it.
it took almost a month for me to receive this item, When it arrived all the crews were rusted. I've never had that issue in my life until now.
can't say i'll ever order from petco again. Ever.
overall i'd give the product Six paw rating but with rusted screws and delayed shipment time i give it one paw rating.

MY CAT LOVES ALL ASPECTS OF THIS TREE. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THE SLIGHT STABILITY ISSUE, I'VE HAD TO ANCHOR THE TREE TO THE WALL...one small nail and some sting.

Great price but the product is not very sturdy. My cat uses the scratching posts all the time but is hesitant to sit on the shelves. The first time we put her on the top it wobbled like crazy and she jumped off and fell in a weird way. I think she's a little afraid of it now. Still like the bottom hide away during play time.
