Soft material, love the color, very easy to assemble. My cats enjoy all the levels. A little wobbly if they try to jump right to the top. But overall a nice product. Recommended.

I have owned this cat tree for about 2 years and have 3 cats that use it daily. The first level shelf has broken off and the top is leaning over. I am always picking it up after one of the cats jump onto the top level and knock the whole thing over with them on it. I worry that one of them may get crushed one of these times when it falls over. It would be better if it had a square bottom probably. The cats love it, however.
