My cat is a large heavy weight similar to a coonecat, will this support a cat of that size?
- The Santander Adjustable Cat Tree comes with a ceiling attachment that allows the item to be completely stabilized. Each platform measures approximately 14 x 14 inches. The condo measures 14 x 10 inches. Please take a moment to measure your cat to ensure a comfortable fit. Thank you!

Hi, 2 questions: 1. Can one of the platforms be left off so the cat has more climbing space without a platform getting in the way?
- In order to maintain the structural integrity of our Santander Adjustable Cat Tree Playground, we recommend that you assemble the product according to the instructions. The height from the top of the base to the bottom of the condo is approximately 15.75 inches. Thank you!

Does the Trixie Santander cat tree platforms rotate around the axis of the pole so you can customize their orientation?
- During assembly, the platforms on the Santander Cat Tree do rotate around the axis of the scratching post. However, in order to ensure a tight and secure fit during assembly, we recommend that all platforms be secured properly according to the assembly instructions.
