This is a nice little flea comb. Since I have a very small dog (only 4 pounds) it works very nicely on him.

Excellent flea comb. Really does the job and is easy to hang on to, and flip from side to side as needed. Works well on cats and dogs. Removes flakey dry skin, fleas and flea dirt. Every home with dogs and cats needs one!!!

Can I use as a regular brush to groom my dogs? Does it help with shedding?
- No a regular comb wont do. I suggest using a furminator because some dogs have an under coat and a regular comb wont be able to pick up the hairs, which might cause more shedding. Also it reduces 90% of shedding and if you use a regular comb you might not be getting all the dirt that could be caught in the undercoat. Overall, i might be expensive but its worth ever penny.
