Wellness CORE Dog Food is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for maintenance. Please have clean, fresh water available at all times. We understand that every dog is different and optimal feeding amounts may vary with age, activity level and environment. Recommended daily feeding portions: Based on an 8 oz. measuring cup-6 - 20 lbs. 1/2 - 13/8 cups, 20 - 35 lbs 13/8 - 21/4 cups, 35 - 50 lbs. 21/4 - 27/8 cups, 50 - 65lbs 27/8 - 31/2 cups, 65 - 80 lbs 31/2 - 41/8 cups, 80 - 95 lbs 41/8 - 43/4 cups, 95 - 115 lbs 43/4 - 53/8 cups, DOGS OVER 115 LBS: Add 1/3 cup per additional 10 lbs. COMBINATION FEEDING: If feeding with Wellness wet food, reduce dry amount by 1/3 cup for every 6 oz of wet food. When changing your dog's diet gradually mix food over a 5-7 day period, increasing the daily amount of Wellness added, so that you are feeding 100% Wellness by day 7.
