My dogs love this food and I like feeding them healthy food without a lot of fillers. Their coats got more luxurious after eating this food for a while. They look healthy and have lots of energy.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I have been feeding Whole Earth Farms for a few years now. I am happy with the quality, even with the recent formula change and slight re-branding. I have 2 dogs. 1 eats this and does really well on it. The other has a more sensitive stomach, so I feed that dog the Merrick Classic (same company - different lines). I also regularly foster dogs and puppies, and my fosters are always fed this food and do well with it.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Finally, an affordable dog food that my sweet Bichon-Poodle enjoys! I have tried all sorts of brands, this one is affordable and my Max does great on it! I will be purchasing the larger bag once we run out! I like that the product is made in the US, and it has great reviews on here.

Yes, I recommend this product.

When adopting my dogs, I did a lot of research on dog food to make sure I was getting a good brand for the price, and Whole Earth Farms delivers on that. My dogs absolutely love it, the nutritional value is pretty great, and the largest bag comes in 30lbs which I love. Would highly recommend.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Smart Choice

Well balanced, smart choice, affordable. Gives my senior dog some rank gas, cut it with a tablespoon of pumpkin puree, helps a little. Hoping this issue will fade as he adjusts to the food. Did a gradual intro, mixing with old food, no real issues besides the gas.

Yes, I recommend this product.

How many calories per cup is the green label food?

How much to feed a senior 8 year old Labrador retriever dog that's overweight.

    1. I have a 9yr old Lab/Basset, he is getting boiled chicken mixed with either rice, potatoes or cottage cheese. The total for breakfast is 1/2 cup, and the same for dinner. I don't feed any dog food while he's on a diet. Then when he goes back to his Blue Buffalo he gets 1 cup twice a day. He's 20 lbs overweight right now. He will lose about 5lbs every 2 weeks on this diet.

I see in the directions for the dry dog food that unused protions should be refridgerated. Why is this necessary?

Why did they reduce the pounds per bag ?

      1. Whole Earth Farms is a higher protein and higher calorie dog food, so a little goes a long way. Even though it may not seem like it, you only give your dogs small portions for them to be sustained by it.
