I've long bought this hay because it has lots of leaves and is tender which my guinea pigs like, but the last bag was drier with more tough stems which they won't eat. I had started getting this brand after Kaytee's quality went down and now wonder if ZuPreem is also getting worse. Won't order it again unless I see it.

This is by far the best hay. My guinea pigs love it, and I love it because there is very little left in the bag. The other bags of hay that resemble grass clippings from a lawn mower are messy and not enjoyable for my girls. My only complaint is that this product is always out of stock. I got a notification on my last order about a week after it was placed that it was on back order. I had to resort to going to the store any purchasing another brand so my guinea pigs wouldn't be with out. So 4 stars for that.
