Is my cat overweight?

I'm a but confused how to calculate my cats ideal calorie intake per day to get him to loose a few pounds . I would like to get him to 19 or 20 pounds and he is now about 22.5 pounds. I used formula 30 (target weight in kg) + 70, but I see there are other formulas? He is 4 years 5 months old and neutered. He eats hills science perfect weight dry food and he likes fancy feast 3 Oz can food. He is inside 60% of time and outside in and out during day light rest of time. Thank you

I have two cats one is 5 and the other is 3. Our 5 year old is a little chunky he's around 13lbs and our 3 year old is starting to get chunky hes currently 11 lbs. Do we need to feed them two different foods or is there a food that would work for both to get them to a healthy weight? We are looking into getting Hill's science diet and they are currently eating Blue Buffalo (recommend amounts). I don't have a photo of the 3 year old as he is always on the go playing and being wild.

My cat (a moggie) is overweight, he weighs 12.3lbs According to picture attached he should be eating 240 calories to maintain weight and 200 calories to lose weight. The thing is, I feed him Feringa which is ~95 calories/100g and he’s always been getting 200 grams of their wet food which is 190 calories. Therefore he’s not gonna lose weight if I keep him on 200g/200 calories of food if he gained weight on this amount? Should I therefore decrease it to 160 calories per day or if not, then how muc

After cat fight & treated at vet with Covina, rabies, anti inflam shot, my indoor/outdoor cat recovered indoors for 3 weeks. He started going outside again in a limited way. He gained weight. About 2-3 pounds. He is getting a tummy. Pics attached. Hello,my cat initially weighed 16 lbs upon adopting. Now she is 17.6 lbs. Her current diet is Blue Buffalo Nature's Evolutionary Diet Chicken, it is rated as 410 kcals/cup. We have been feeding her 3/4 of a cup (recommended for 14lb cat) with some treats. She is an indoor cat with no known medical issues. Hello, I have a question regarding my overweight cat. He currently weighs 20 lbs, but is in overall good health. I’ve been trying to figure out a better feeding plan for him, but just did some calculations and found that I am already feeding him UNDER the recommended about of calories for his weight. These feedings are of course during planned feeding times, not free feeding. My other cat (10 lbs) is getting more than her recommend calories and is not gaining any weight! I’m confused.

My cat lost 3.6 lbs in the past month which I feel like is a lot. He went from 17.8 lbs (October 8th) to 14.2 lbs (November 1st). He weighed 16 lbs at his annual vet check in May 2019. This is the lowest he has weighed since January 2018, the previous vet check (13 lbs). He's acting normal, pooping normal, he scores an 8 on the body scale so he's chunky. I'm worried about the sudden weight loss. I reduced his AM feeding amount but only the day before weighing him this month.
