2 of the 5 envelopes for the testing strips were empty. Difficult to read. Not happy at all.

Directions?
Does this product test the following?
- It only tests GH, KH, PH, Nitrate, and Nitrite. It unfortunately doesn't test for ammonia you would need a separate test for that.

Can someone please give me some directions?
- directions are very simple: you simply place the strip straight down into the water for a few seconds. the colors change almost immediately. then compare your test strip to the guide on the label (you may have to peel back the label on the bottle because i think the guide and some instructions are underneath the label, it has more than one layer to it.) and it will tell you what colors they should be so you know what is too high or low.
