Repeat Delivery is a subscription service that delivers pet supplies directly to your front door for added convenience and exclusive savings—including up to 35% on select brands and free shipping on all orders over $35!

Set up is easy:

  • Find the item you want on Repeat Delivery.

  • Select how often you would like it delivered. Your first order ships immediately.

  • Sit back and relax; you're done!

The 35% off first Repeat Delivery promo has a max discount of $20. Customers can use the first order Repeat Delivery discount three times per year. The redemption time frame will reset a year after the first redemption. Repeat Delivery promotions are also only available once per SKU.​

Yes! You can update your next order date, skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time on your Repeat Delivery page.

Yes! For some items you can change the size or flavor of the item by clicking "Edit Item" on the subscription detail screen.

Repeat Delivery customers always get the current online price.​

Many of our customers choose to have their shipments of pet food delivered on a monthly basis, but your pet's appetites may vary. We recommend estimating how much your cat or dog eats per day (generally, 4 cups of kibble = approx. 1 pound) and multiply by 7 to find out how much they eat every week. Once you have the weekly amount, choose the bag size and frequency that works best for you.

You can adjust your bag size or delivery schedule at any time in your My Repeat Delivery page.

Pricing may change due to business reasons, but Repeat Delivery pricing always reflects our lowest online pricing.

From your account page, go to Manage Address Book and add your new address. Once you've added your new address, go to Manage Repeat Delivery and select your new address for any upcoming orders.

Yes! Not only do you get our lowest price, but members part of the Core tier earn Vital Care points for every purchase in-store, online or with Repeat Delivery. When you earn a Vital Care Reward, you can select to have the reward apply to your next Repeat Delivery order. If you're not part of the Vital Care program, can join here. It's free and easy.

Your subscription can be made inactive if we encounter a problem fulfilling your scheduled order. Log in to review your Repeat Delivery subscriptions to ensure your payment and shipping information is correct. If you still need help, please contact Customer Care at 877-303-8444.

An add-on item is a one-time or recurring purchase that you set to ship with your next scheduled Repeat Delivery order.

How to:

  1. Log on to your account at Petco.com.

  2. Find an item.

  3. Click "add once to next Repeat Delivery" on the product page.

  4. Choose which delivery to ship it with and it ships free with an order over $35.

Please note that due to shipping methods, add-ons may ship in a different box.

*Exclusions: Litter, ice melter, wild bird food, live fish & rock, aquatic gravel and accents; crickets, live food and frozen food. Some other exclusions may apply.

If your Repeat Delivery subscriptions have the same shipping details, they ship together. Shipping details include the shipment date, order frequency, shipping address, billing address, and payment method. To change these details, click any of your subscriptions on the Repeat Delivery menu.

Keep in mind, we do our best to ship items together but based on the warehouse the item ships from, they may arrive separately.
