This product does not work. It did not remove any of the streaks on my tank.

it cleans the fish tank. it helps to keep the smell out.

This is hands down the WORST glass cleaner I have ever used on my aquarium. On the bottle is says "cuts thru tough mineral deposits", all it does is smear it onto the glass leaving a crusty residue and TONS of streaks. I have tried terry towels, paper towels, cotton cloths, nothing works. While it is safer than windex, you have to work 10 times harder to get half the results. I use a magfloat to clean the inside of the glass, and put a towel over the top of the canopy to make sure no spray gets in the water. Would not recommend

I feel better about cleaning my aquarium with this product versus anything else. A little bit goes a long way, and not having to worry about toxicity is a plus. It's not a miracle worker, so it won't take off residue spots that have been sitting on the glass for the last 5 years, but it cleans the aquarium in a streak-free form if used correctly. I recommend it!

I have used this product for years on my glass aquariums and I think it does a great job. I also enjoy that I can use it with no worries about my fish. I have used it both on the inside and outside of my tank with no harm to the fish. My tank always looks great after a quick wipe down with this. It does take a little soaking to get up crusted mineral deposits, just spray liberally and allow to soak for a couple of minutes. Every time I have had any streaking it was for one of two reasons. 1) The cloth I was using was not absorbent enough and the product was still on the glass 2) I had let it go too long between cleaning and it was just not able to cut through all the gunk the first time over, I just reapplied and did it again. It is not a miracle product, don't think you don't have to use a little scrubbing for long standing messes.

The product was good. But when I recieved my 2 bottles in the bag. I opened the bag and got wet from were one of the bottles lid was not tightened. I lost over 2/3 of the solution out one bottle. The solution was spilled in the box and on me. The solution is good. But I think I deserve some of my money back or a new bottle.

I brought a 55 gl tank from a guy and tank had some marks of the water. I used this API Safe & Easy Aquarium Cleaner but really did not do too much. It's helped but did not removed completely the minerals on the glass.

Cleans my tank and does just what it needs to.
