Betta back to his usual happy, active self!

Merten

Noticed my betta was unusually less active, hanging low at the bottom of his bowl. He wasn't too enthusiastic at feeding time. His tail looked like they were starting to finrot. I read up on betta care and this product was recommended. My local pet store didn't have this product so I ordered it online and received it within a few days. Transfered my betta to a different bowl during treatment. After only a few days of using this, he was back to his usual active self! I continued the treatment for the full 7 days before returning him to his regular bowl. He is making bubbles, swimming actively, and is always happy whenever anyone comes around near his bowl. His appetite is healthy, always looking forward to feeding time! His tail has grown back beautifully! I'm really glad I bought this product!!

Yes, I recommend this product.

I must say when I read the other reviews before purchasing this product, I was a little skeptical. I am glad though I gave it a chance because my Beta Zilo started feeling better instead of just staying at bottom of bowl. I am a believer :) I was trying to give 5 paws but didn't take info

my poor little betta fish started to get fin rot. I had never owned a fish before so I didn't know what it was at first. I had noticed he was getting stiff and didn't want to eat so I narrowed it down and I got this stuff. Worked Wonders! my fish became healthy much faster than I expected. Today he is a perfectly happy and healthy fish. Very impressed I recommend it. oh and some people talk about water being yellow because of it, that didn't happen to me my water looks just as clear as it was before it. I'd give it 5 stars but it won't let me for some odd reason.

Yes, I recommend this product.

API Betta-fix works amazingly. It cured my Betta of a nasty case of fin rot. I gave this to a friend to use on a female Betta that had dropsy. This stuff cures dropsy, which is practically unheard of. If your Betta has a bacterial infection, this stuff is perfect.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Bought this because my betta wasn't eating and then was swimming on his side. He didn't have spots, frayed fins, etc so not sure what the problem was. He's in a 2.5 gal tank and we do a water change every 10-12 days with water filtered through our brita and treated with betta water conditioner. But after a few days using this, he's just fine. I'm going to add this at every water change and maybe every 3-4 days just to be safe.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Worked As Described

My betta ended up with his tail all frayed. I'm not sure if he was biting it, if it was a form of fin rot, if he was getting caught in the filter of my 2.5 gal Betta Bow, or if the filter current was just too strong. I removed the filter all together, did a 100% water change, and added the BettaFix. I have let him sit, as is, for 6 days now and his fin is back to perfect! :)

Yes, I recommend this product.

THIS IS THE WORST MED I FOUND FOR MY BETTA

G1985

MY BETTA DEVELOPED FIN ROTT. I COULDN'T FIND THE USUAL MEDS I USE TO GET MY OTHER BETTAS IN THE PAST, SO I DECIDED TO TRY BETTAFIX. IT SEEMED TO WORK THE 1ST DAY. HE SEEMED MORE ENERGIZED. THE SECOND DAY OR SO HE CONTINUED TO BE LETHARGIC AGAIN. THE CLOUDY PARTS ON HIS TAIL DISAPPEARED, BUT NOT HE'S GETTING CLOUDY ON OTHER PARTS OF HIS FLOWY FINS. I CONTINUED THE MEDS FOR 7 DAYS AND DID A WATER CHANGE. STILL DIDNT HELP. HE JUST LOOKED THE SAME. I FINISHED THE MEDS AND IT DID NOTHING FOR MY BETTA BUT MADE THE TANK AN UGLY YELLOW CLOUDY COLOR INSTANTLY. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Saved my fishy!

I have one half-moon Betta that lives with me at college, who I love dearly! Last night while I was cleaning his tank he freaked out and jumped into the disposal in my sink! After 2 terrifying minutes, I was able to rescue him, although his fins are really torn up. I was so worried he wouldn't make it, he spent the last 24 hours laying at the bottom of his newly cleaned tank looking sad until I put BettaFix in! He began swimming around just like before his accident! I am so glad that PetCo provided me with a product to save my sweet friend!

Yes, I recommend this product.

can you use this in a tank with other fish in it at the same time?

    Amount dosage?

    1. Correct. Add one dose daily for up to seven days before changing the water. Treatment may be repeated, if necessary.

where do i get betta bettafix remedy in alor setar

Once the treatment is finished, how will I know it worked? Will his fins grow back?

Will this fix our bettas fins?

        1. This should fix your Betta's fins. This product has fixed a friend's Betta that had dropsy, and it cured my Betta's fin rot, so I think it will help your betta.

Can I use a fin rot fixer bacterial treatment at the same time I use an herbal Ich treatment? The ich has lead to secondary infection looks like...

        1. I don't think that using both will hurt your Betta, but be cautious. I'd make sure to do water changes at least twice a week, just to be safe.

My tank contains a filter. Would I turn it off after adding the product? If so, for how long?

        1. If your using a filter with carbon, you have to take it out because the carbon will take out all the medicine, in your tank.

Do you put the product in the tank while the Betta is still inside, or would you remove the Betta first?

        1. I put it in while betta is in the tank. Haven't had any issues with this.

Can I use this in my tank with other animals?

        1. You should probably move your Betta away from the other animals into a smaller quarantine tank before treating him. This stuff probably wont hurt the others, but better safe than sorry:).

I think my Betta has a fungal infection, but he is housed with a mystery snail. Will this product hurt my snail?

        1. hope your Betta is "better"! my comment is: your Betta fish may get fungus from Mr. Snail; snails do harbor fungus; my 2c bubble bubble
