Both dogs were rescue dogs. When we adopted them they were both under their healthy weight by half or more. The male was skin and bones and labeled a finicky eater. We did a lot of research and checked the ingredients label of many dog foods and chose this product. We took a week to gradually and safely transition them from the food they were getting, full of fillers and wheat products to this brand. My finicky eater, isn't. Their coats are shiny and healthy with less shedding. They are both at healthy weight and maintaining. They have increased energy level. They eat less kibble but aren't as hungry and have great muscle tone. They are both two years old.
