The small I ordered is too big for my budgies. The boxes are really large. They are 2 inches square each. I got a refund from DrsF&S.

We ordered the medium for a green cheek conure and it is much to large. He tears up the papers in his cage and will chew on the bins stored under his cage and anything else he can get his beak on so we thought that he would like this toy. Alas, he is just afraid of it and won't go anywhere near it.

Neither of my two cockatiels have touched this toy yet, weeks after getting it. The item description says that the medium size is good for birds sized parakeet to conure, but I think the medium might be too big for mine to be interested. Otherwise the toy is a good value.
