Para Flight Frisbee

The Para Flight (made by Chuck-It!) is the best tool for teaching your dog to catch a Frisbee - it's easy for you to throw straight and very easy for your pup to catch because it is made of soft, durable cloth material. My Lab/Greyhound hybrid Ava Marie is a dog park superstar and is always the "main attraction" thanks to her Para Flight : ) Tony

Chuckit! products are the only toys my dogs don't chew to pieces. They're also great for the pool! My dogs enjoy them so much!!

Pets Favorite Toy

This is a fantastic toy. The minute my dogs head outdoors they run to fetch their frisbee. They will literally spend hours running and jumping to retrieve the frisbee as it sails across the yard. It's a great form of exercise and works well in the pool too. It's light enough to catch without causing harm to their teeth and stays afloat in the water. The bright color ensures easy tracking of the toy. When I'm not throwing the frisbee for them to retrieve, they typically have it in their mouth hauling it all around the yard.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Soft on the mouth

This toy is great for the frisbee-chasing dog that loves to leap as this one floats. The disc is soft to the mouth, making it easy for beginners to learn to catch. However, this fabric disc does not hold up well to extended rough play.

Recommends for training

I highly recommend this toy for frisbee training and exercise. True, being made of cloth and rubber it will not last very long if allowed to be used as a chew toy and it is definitely not a tug toy. The terrific thing about Chuckit is that as a frisbee it is very easy to throw and floats nicely for my dog to learn how to catch in mid air. The biggest benefit is that being soft, it is soft on my dogs mouth. Mine lasted 6 months by limiting its use to frisbee toss. That's not bad for a $7.50 dog toy, and he LOVES it!

Didn't Hold Up

Bought this for my Lab, we played with it twice before I found the rubber on the underside of the floatation ring torn by his teeth. I think that the fabric might have held up to his playing if the rubber had lasted longer. We returned it in exchange for rope toys that have lasted for over a month with many more months of use to come. He loves the ball launcher and the Whistler ball for games of fetch at the park and carries one of the balls around the house like a pacifier at times.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this flying disc on a whim to see if my 3 month old Border Collie/German shorthair pointer would like it more than fetching balls. He is now 4 months old and this disc is almost toast. We have played fetch with it for 30-45 minutes almost everyday for the month that we have owned it so I guess it is expected. He has a soft bite, knows "leave it" pretty well and is not allowed to used it as a chew toy. We might get another month out of it. My puppy does love it and cries and barks the whole way to the park until I take him off leash and he does his border collie herding stance waiting for me to throw it. Just recently he has finally started catching it, but only on perfect straight throws that are right to him which is hard to do with this disc. If you are a seasoned disc thrower that can snap your wrist then you might have trouble really floating this thing. The reason is the rim is to flimsy and soft so if you fling it to hard you will flex the rim so it will go side ways straight to the ground. So anyone who can really float a hard plastic disc knows if you can't spin it, you can't make it go far and straight. I would say it goes about half as far as a regular hard disc so about 75 feet. I'm going to buy every other Chuckit! soft flyers so I'll give a good honest review for those products too.

Yes, I recommend this product.
