Arrived quickly, especially considering it's custom, and it looks great! They did a fantastic job fitting the max characters on a tiny collar! Keep in mind that the adjustment of the collar length can be affected by the embroidery. Might not be a concern on the large collars, but the embroidered part doesn't fit through the adjuster on the tiny collar. We got lucky and it JUST adjusts small enough for our 8 lb terrier.

I received a strong nylon collar with beautiful embroidery. The stitching was clean, easy to read, aligned in the center of the collar and positioned perfectly right next to the plastic snap; that means that I can adjust the length of the collar without any of the letters getting covered by the movable plastic piece. All these features should be taken for granted - but I have purchased too many embroided collars from other vendors that fell short of expectations. This was by far the best embroided collar I have seen to date! I ordered a purple collar with white stitching. The purple turned out to be a strong and pretty shade (just what I was hoping for!) and the white yarn made for a good contrast.

We have just moved and need a new ID collar for our dog with updated info. I recommend the white stitching if you are buying the purple collar. It shows up well! In addition, it was shipped quickly and actually arrived before the rest of my order. This collar is a great one to purchase.

This collar is great for IDing your pet without all those jingling tags that the engraving will eventually just scratch off of anyway. Love the color selection! My dog hates it when I take this collar off!

I ordered this color and followed the directions for sizing. It said to measure dogs neck and add 2 inches. My dog was 14 inches so if I added the extra 2 inches I had to go to the next size. IT WAS HUGE when it arrived. Way too big! Petco gave me a refund and I ordered the smaller collar and it does fit but I think I could have gone down to the smallest size, but I'm going to keep it. Color of collar and personalizing are nice! It's just really hard to buy a collar that you can't physically try on your dog but petco gave me no trouble when I wanted a refund.
