I have used Fiprotrol on my lab for the past six months and it works great. It was easy to use. I put it on and took Tuck for a walk. It worked great and I'm so glad not spend so much on flea control. thank you.

I purchased this a year ago with success although some of the reviewers had issues with the product not working as well as it should. So when I forgot to treat my dog and she ended up with fleas I purchased the product again hoping to not have issues. Unfortunately it did not work nearly as well as the first time I had used it. The treatment seemed to work but then my dog ended up with more fleas on her than before I treated her and couldn't treat her again since it had only been done about a week. I really wished it had continued to give good results since the price point is very affordable but unfortunately not worth the hassle of having to try it out and see if we'll have success and dealing with the other animals then getting fleas!

My whole house became infested with fleas after using this on my dogs!! I can only believe that it was the “culprit” since everything else in my home was the same. Drs foster smith would not give me a refund on unopened boxes because it was past 30 days. Very disappointed!

So far, so good!

I decided to try Fiprotrol Plus because of the price when I saw that the listed ingredients were the same as Frontline Plus. So far, I've not seen any fleas on any of our dogs or cats. The design of the application tube, however, could be tweaked a bit. The tube is small, thick, and short, and the material is very smooth. So when applying, it's sometimes hard to keep a hold on the tube. When squeezing the med out, I've had the whole tube go flying because my fingers do not have a good grip. My suggestion is either to lengthen the tube so that it is not so thick, or have some roughed areas on the tube to allow for a better grip. Other than that, I think the product itself is working well for us. Thank you DF&S for providing a much lower cost product!

Yes, I recommend this product.

We had been using the Fiprotrol Plus Flea and Tick Control for a couple of years on our lab. She was always scratching and miserable. We tried different shampoos to relieve itch, gave her allergy meds and fish oil all at the vets recommendation. The vet always would just say she had allergies. It wasn't until 4 months ago we took her in to a groomer to be shaved (for the 1st time ever), They noticed flea eggs all over her! We got her cleaned up and egg free and started her back on the Frontline which she had been on all her life (she is 13 now). Her itching and scratching have disappeared and she is back to being happy. The Fiprotrol did not work on the flea eggs and larvae at all! I do not recommend.

Have used Fiprotrol Plus for three and one half months and it is not doing an acceptable job. Both my dogs are infested with fleas. Perhaps this product works in some areas but here in Houston it is a failure. I’ve stuck with the product this long to ensure that it had a chance to eliminate all flea stages (eggs, larvae, etc.). I’m going back to Revolution which at least kept the live flea population on my dogs in check
