Hikari products are great!

I have found that all the Hikari line is great. I use the sinking and the floating pellets. I love the variety for herbivore and omnivore fish.

Yes, I recommend this product.

My Oscar Loves This Food

I am feeding this to a large tiger Oscar who has times of being very hard to feed. Since beginning to use this food he hasn't refused a single time. I'm paring it with 2 other of the Hikari Cichlid pellets. The Oscar eats all of them but these seem to get it's attention most quickly. With the different sizes available it's really easy to fit these to the size of your fish as well.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I feed my cichlids Hikari floating pellets exclusively. Hikari Staple is very inexpensive, especially when you buy it from Drs. Foster and Smith. I mix these pellets with Cichlid Excel which has a higher percentage of spirulina. I also feed a mixture of mini and medium sized pellets because my tank has both full grown and juvenile fish. I highly recommend the floating pellets over the sinking ones. Sinking pellets can end up in the substrate to rot while the floating pellets are always consumed. The fish don't mind coming to the surface to feed.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I have used this food for 5 years. Breeding is top-notch in my tanks and this is basically all I feed them . Baby through medium size. Floating is key, so none is lost in the gravel.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I use this food along with flake, fresh, frozen, and freeze dried food. It doesnt cloud the water and it even stays floating when the fish dont eat it all so its easy to net out the tank. I use this with my huma huma trigger i give him like two to chase around ,pacu, jacks, sunfish, and green severums.

Yes, I recommend this product.
