Which food is the best for a 3 month old kitten that need fiber?
- My vet has told me that a great source of fiber is pumpkin. You can add pumpkin ( not pumpkin pie filling, just canned pumpkin) to dry food and boost that fiber right up there. Try mixing in a small amount, then gradually adding about 1 tsp every other day or so while watching the litterbox. Once you see a decent amount of feces, note how much pumpkin you're using and stick with it. I hope you have found a treatment to boost your kitty's fiber before this, but if not, pumpkin is a good fiber booster for felines.
