This product worked flawlessly for me. The instructions on the bottom say that refrigeration is NOT needed, the only thing that you need to avoid is elevated temperatures. I picked up a bottle of this stuff and my pink spotted watchman goby a week ago on the same day. I poured the contents of the bottle into my tank and acclimated my goby properly. I put him in the tank and he has been a happy fish since. I took an ammonia, nitrite and nitrate reading shortly after putting the bottle into the tank. My results were: 0ppm of ammonia 0ppm of nitrites 20ppm of nitrates All in all I thought this was a pretty good product and will definitely use it ago.

Yes, I recommend this product.

NEVER Buy this product it MUST be kept referigerated in order to work properly- I did not know this before I added it to my new tank effectively putting all livestock in danger and causing a lot of extra work and expense in maintaining andd uncycled tank. This product s highly recommended and effective if kept in the proper conditions

No, I do not recommend this product.

I started my saltwater tank and put some bacteria in the tank with the live rock to get it to start the nitro cycle. Well after a while I was getting good readings so I started putting fish in the tank. a couple days later my tank started the nitro process (go figure). I bought this product to help complete the cycle and it DID. My tank was stuck on high nitrate readings fora week a day after using this they weren't even readable!

Yes, I recommend this product.
