Are Fiesta Yogurt Dipped Sunflower Seeds probiotic?
- Many, if not most, of the yogurt dipped fruits/seeds/etc do not contain actual yogurt...It's sugar. If it does contain yogurt, it's a TINY amount. I would stick with giving REAL yogurt (preferably with no artificial sweeteners).
