Good thing I bought it on sale

Cats immediately destroyed the attachments and even with cat nip, they never play with it. My old cat toy that was similar that I replaced with this, they loved, and the feathers in the middle never came completely off, but was annoying due to bird chirping. This, however, had the feathers come off immediately, and the bells do not stimulate the cats enough to play.
No, I do not recommend this product.
