I went on an ordering frenzy in preparation for my newly adopted puppy. Not knowing what he liked for toys, I bought a few of everything. Despite the endless squeakers, stuffies, balls, ropes and bones, my puppy goes to this every time. He drags it into his crate at night even because he cant stand to be without it. It was a great first toy to bring out with us while we are training him to stay in the yard. We truly have the laziest puppy ever- he refuses to even walk outside and makes us carry him, but he will actually run after this thing! Totally worth it. The quality is awesome. Durable, yet soft enough to not hurt puppies teeth. I wish we were able to choose the color, but it isn't that big of a deal. I would recommend this to others.

Have bought 4 of these in the past and have used them for my larger Chihuahua who chases them and swings them around his head violently to play with them. They are being replaced with new ones because the old ones have lasted 4 years and left in the sun, so gotten dried out. If not left out in sun they would still be in great shape. Replacing with same Kong disc as they last along time. They are not made as a chew toy, so don't allow large dogs to chew on them, Not a chew toy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is soft rubber so I wont allow her to play tug of war or to chew on it and it has lasted very nicely. I will deffinately try the other one that is not for puppies. My dog loves the Kong toys. They are a safe and durable choice for our family.

We got this for our puppy the day he was allowed to go out in the backyard. He is getting use to plsying with it, we just have to work on him coming back with it after he gets it. But its nice and flexable and that makes a difference!

Most frisbees I get only last my dog about a month but with this Kong Flyer I only have to get one about every 6 months.
