Description was spot on; no tools and incredibly easy to assemble. Perfect size for our new Maltipoo to have 1/2 now and the full size later whe she's fully trained.

I was contemplating between the 42 and 48 inch crate. I have a Doberman that is still growing and he needed to be able to stretch out comfortably. The 42 inch crate is perfect for him even though he has to crouch a little to go inside of it because of his height.

Yes, I recommend this product.

We purchased this crate for our puppy. I was pleased with how easy it is to set up - just unfold open and snap into place! The divider was a bit difficult to place, though I'm not even sure I did it the correct way, but there are no instructions included. Overall, this crate is a great value.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I am getting an 8 week old cockapoo. What size crate should I get?

Can you connect two of the same cages together to make a wider cage?

    1. No they are banded together which is part of the incredibly easy set up and taken down system.

Is this crate easy to take down/fold and take on trips?

    1. Yes but the 42 inch crate panels arel large even when apart.

what size crate would a 30 lb dog need

    1. There are other factors that go into deciding what size crate to get for your dog, in addition to weight, you must also take into consideration their height and turning radius. Typically, a 30" crate will work well for a dog that is about 26 - 40 lbs, however if you have a dog that has a longer body and needs a wider turning radius, you may need a larger crate.

How much does the 42X28X30" crate SKU 1314084 weigh?

    1. The iCrate Model 1542 weighs 32 lbs.

Is the construction (wire spacing, strength, etc.) adequate for a cat that tries to escape?

    1. The cat won't be able to escape. She will reach the top. She will reach through the wires.

does the pet safe wall entry aluminum need an installation kit purchsed for this

    1. No. There are no further kits needed for this product.

Two Chihuahua's in one cage, what size should i get?

    1. I have a regular schnauzer he's 1 yr old about 18 inches tall and weights about 18 pounds and he fits in there fine. Has extra room to go back and forth and enough room on the sides, he even fits in there standing up with a few inches to spare. So if your dogs are that small they should have no problem.

How much does the 42x28 weigh?

    1. About 5 lbs

what it the wight of a Midwest ICrate folding 30 x 19 x 21 crate

    1. I bought the largest crate and it's about 30 pounds.
