Questions
Would buying one work for 2 cats to share?
- I have two neutered male cats that have been living together for over 13 years and were raised as kittens together. I previously had two separate litter boxes after I purchased the nature's miracle hooded litter box I decided to try having them share a litter box. There's enough room were it hasn't been an issue although I do use tidy cats multiple cat litter. As long as your cats get along really well and you use the multiple cat litter you'll probably be ok you might want to dump the litter more often I do it once a week.

What is the actual color of this box.. white/black or gray/black...??
- The lid is an off white and bottom pan is a speckled black

Can a grate be put in?
- Maybe a grate or some heavy duty screen door like material or mesh of some sort. Would your rabbit have a problem with some of the bedding (litter) material that a hampster would use?

I need to purchase the covers only for 2 litter boxes
How high are the sides and back without the cover?
- A good 10 inches. I know a lot higher than the non-hooded ones or the smaller hooded ones, which I believe were about 4" and 6" respectively.

How can i find out how much shipping would cost for a particular item? Also, how can i find out if my local Petco store has the item i want in stock?
- I find that an order for a certain amount is shipped free. So I always wait for those kind of events. Also, just use the number of the item you want and call the local store.

The corner litter box, are there cat liners available for the particular box?
Can this box be used with liners? Both in terms of the shape (most liners are rectangular) and letting it lock over the liner. Thank you!
- I haven't tried using it with a liner...I gave them up a while ago. My cats usually end us shredding them so much in the course of doing their business so, for me, the liners became very ineffective. The bottom of the box is rather big so it would definitely require a large bag. However, the plastic that the box is made out of seems to be sturdier than other litter boxes and I haven't noticed any odor coming from it. As I'm sure you have read, the manufacturer's description claims that it is made from an odor-blocking plastic material and, so far, I have found this to be true. The top of the box sits very well on the bottom and I clean mine out so often during the day that I typically don't lock it in place. Having said that, it has actually locked itself a couple of times and the lock is VERY strong. I would think that it would lock okay over a liner. In fact, the lock works so well that it might actually tear the liner some but obviously, I can't say for sure. I guess this isn't much help since you really want to know how to use it with a liner but I thought I would share anyway because if you have multiple cats, I think you would be very happy with this box. I would highly recommend it!

My 20 lb cat has back problems Anyone ideas on a box with no lip or low lip? trouble getting to basement (stairs) vet said one on all floors? ideas??
- Maybe make some sort of carpeted ramp that would be elevated to the top of the opening, which I guess this corner box to be 5 inches. Could use a small piece of plywood with a small slat on the end to fit over the lip of the opening. The opening is not perfectly square but if the ramp was wide enough to go across the lip of the opening, it should give you cat a straight shot in.
