Combined with the NeveRust stainless steel wire the Katio will provide years of no maintenance use. It's a superior value as it will outlast most other products designed for this use. Since ecoFLEX doesn't absorb moisture of any kind, it repels urine and feces that might accidently come in contact with the surfaces and result in an unacceptable odor. Just wipe down occasionally to keep it clean. Easy 20 minute - no tool - assembly. Very easy to keep clean.
