My senior cats love this

My furbabies are easily bored but don't have the energy they used to have (two are 17 and one is 14) . They love this! One tries to get the mouse OUT of the ball - the other two enjoy the noise. We have a winner! On a product note - well made and reasonably priced.

Yes, I recommend this product.

My cat will not give this product the time of day no matter how many times I throw it or roll it in front of her, but I'll keep trying. Not worth the cost.

No, I do not recommend this product.

My cat loves this toy! She works her teeth by picking up the ball with her teeth; she likes the squeaking; and loves the feather tail.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Perhpas too high concept

The concept behind this is great but for some reason our cats don't find it appealing, even with the blinking and soft squeaking of the stuffed mouse toy. Perhaps it's the caged aspect of the mouse (they figure out they can't get it out) or the fact that it doesn't quite roll due to the rubber molding of the ball cage's weave (on our hardwood floors, it rolls for a few inches then stops quickly). We'd originally purchased this for our 2 year old cat (who recently passed away) who figured it out quickly and never played with it after those first few minutes we introduced it to him. We now have two successor sibling kittens, so I thought I'd try it again. So far both have shown a lukewarm interest in the toy. The only thing I found that made it more appealing to one of them was to make sure the tail of the mouse was pulled as far out of the ball cage as it would allow and then fluffed. She would then pounce on it and bite it, but the combined weight and the poor rolling of the ball made her soon lose interest in dragging or pushing it around. The boy could care less. Perhaps when they are older they might find some interest in it. For now it's in "the box" with the other cat toys in rotation, waiting a turn to come out and play - or not.

No, I do not recommend this product.
