Not for small dogs

I'm not sure why this is "rated" for small dogs. The steps are SLOPED (1-1/2" per 9"), so if your dog tries to sit on the step, or regain its balance, it will freak out, and slide/fall down the steps! The steps have a pad, so it's not slippery, but that doesn't prevent off-balance pets from falling. Going down is even more difficult, as the slope tends to accelerate their descent. My poor dog did faceplants on the floor trying to use these steps. The steps are sturdy, and well-designed. They have "weight" to them, so they stay in placet, especially with the non-skid feet. They don't readily come apart after assembly. If you've got a dog that races up/down steps, this product should be ok for you. But, if you've got an older, small dog, which sometimes stops mid-way, AVOID THESE STEPS!!!

No, I do not recommend this product.

These stairs are heavy duty, attractive for what they are, easily assembled, and easy to use (for my cat anyways). They are rather large, but you should already know that going in for the purchase.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I needed a taller set of stairs to help my Bulldogs into the back of my new SUV. These were perfect. They were strong, wide and the perfect height.

I bought the stairs because my dog a 6lbs Maltese keeps me up all night long getting in and out of bed. I bought the stairs so she could independently go as she pleases. Yesterday the stairs arrived and I easily put them together in 5 minutes. I used my body weight to snap the pieces together. The stairs are very sturdy, they do Not slide on my hardwood floors and the carpeted stair gives my pup more confidence going up and down. The only negative is they are HUGE probably around 3 feet in length so they take up quite a bit of room in my bedroom apartment but all in all - I AM VERY SATISFIED and finally got a solid nights rest. I taught my dog to go up/down the stairs with a bit of cheese and the word “stairs” and now she is getting the hang of it. Very pleased! I highly recommend! Worth the cost!

Yes, I recommend this product.

My Dog Loves her new steps!

These were the only steps I could find that would reach the top of my very tall bed (that didnt cost the earth!) They were very easy to put together. I had them up within 30 minutes. The reason for only 4 paws is I found them alittle wobbly (my doggie weighs 20 lbs and she found them alittle unstable). So, I put a 'paper sized' box filled with books, inside the steps and now they don't wobble at all! I would recommend weighing them down.

Yes, I recommend this product.

A little difficult to put together, but a good product once it is put together. Stong and stable Stairs seem to slope slightly downward, but can be remedied.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Good Product/ Way too expensive

I liked the product. Compared to other stairs that we have tried it was more sturdy. However, way too expensive. $120 for plastic stairs? My Border Collies didn't feel save until I tricked them with bacon. We will see if my 11 yo will use it when he gets stiff rather than jumping off/on bed. Hanging on to receipt just in case.

No, I do not recommend this product.
