We've always fed the birds in winter. We also bought this product at a BOGO sale and am hoping to return some. Four (4) feeders all full, even hungry birds won't touch it! Makes you wonder what's in it that birds in the Northeast would rather go hungry than eat it!

This was BOGO at my local store so I picked up 2 bags. Now I have 66lbs of bird seeds that not even a starving bird would eat. I replaced it with seed I used to use and the birds are back. Don't waste your money on this filler garbage

The wild birds around my joint all agree- Petco All Purpose Wild Bird Seed Mix is the yummiest ever! We have a platform feeder in our yard and use a combination of black oil sunflower seed spiked with Petco All Purpose Wild Bird Seed Mix. It disappears like crazy.

The birdseed is very good and the cost for the item plus shipping and tax is very reasonable.

I bought this for the deal petco was giving it away at 1/2 off !!! even with shipping it still came cheaper than any store had this at ( it was a 20lb bag ) I love looking for good deals on this website, they are the best!! Oh & the birds love the seed, I can't keep the feeder full enough for them... :}

I buy the bird food all the time at Petco. I get emails from them. They were having a sale $9.99. On sale in store $14.99. It was cheaper to buy online even with freight charges. It does take one week. So don't wait until the last minute to buy.

I have been feeding the birds in my yard for years. I recently started feeding this bird seed to the birds and noticed they stopped feeding. Well there is so much corn in it, I guess as a filler, which they cannot eat because it is big and hard like a rock. My birds quit coming all together until I took the time, (a long time) to sift it and remove the corn. It is almost half corn. I do not think any wild birds could eat it, except wild parrots. Very disappointed. Now I am throwing almost half of it away. Tried putting hot (boiling) water on the corn to see if it would rehydrate and be of some use. No! If I could buy my regular bird seed at I wouldn't bother ever using this product again. I miss my red throated sparrows/finches.
