So easy to assemble...two clicks and you are done because they have the back already locked in place. I am 61 and I could lift it from the front door to the deck with no problem however it is sturdy enough to not be effected by normal winds. I live in rain country but the air vent is tiny and adjustable so rain can't get inside.

Great dog house, it came fully assembled. It was delivered quickly. I bought it for an alley cat that had been sleeping under my porch. I put a small doggie bed in it with a couple of throws, the cat now sleeps in it each night. She now stays dry and is a lot cleaner than she used to be.The dog house is serving its purpose. I am very happy with the dog house.

It took a few days for Pepper to use the bed, but now he uses it every night. It is cozy for him. I feel that for a dog that weighs as much as 45 pounds, it would be too small. It was rated for up to a 45 pound dog. Pepper only weighs 25 lbs and it is a good size for him.

I love the design and the quick set up. However, ithe dog house leaks, probably through the venting, and I have had to cover part of the top with heavy plastic and duct tape. I wish it were a better product. Did not send back because of cost and bulk.

I bought one of these for my first dog (it is kept on my front porch so he never gets wet anyways) and he has a moving blanket and a heater in it for the winter and he lover the house, He has the door on it and he watches out the door for anyone that should not be on the property (I live in a rural area) and he love it, I have just adopted an abandoned dog and he is n=in need of a house and I would buy nothing other tan this house, this is a great price ans it is the cheapest I have found so far and I will be ordering it in the next few days. I highly recommend it to all.

- Petco has placed orders for the Large Indigo. However, it might not be available in all of their stores.

Are the petmate indigo dog houses available in 'white'? We have 4 of the white ones from several years ago and would like 2 more of the same color.
- These are no longer available in white.

Is rain supposed to come in through the holes at the bottom of the base or do I need to reassemble the house?
- Many times these are placed on porches, patios or platforms when rain is an issue. The holes are needed to allow for ventilation during the summer and even winter. Otherwise, you will get condensation buildup. You could try taping them but watch for condensation.

- Yes, this model is available in Medium, Large and Extra Large. The Extra Large size is for pets up to 100 pounds.

I want a dog house that will hold 2 large dogs
- While we offer many styles of doghouses, we do not manufacturer one which is made specifically for two dogs. Based on the size of each dog you might be able to purchase one of the larger sizes which would allow both to fit comfortably.
