The PetSafe Wireless Pet Containment System is a simple, yet effective, alternative to traditional outdoor fencing. Instead of using bulky lumber and fence posts, the PIF-300 uses radio frequency to guard your pet against straying. The system is also portable, allowing you to provide a wireless pet area when traveling. With the Wireless Pet Containment System, you can keep pets over 8 pounds safely contained in the area of your choosing. Simply plug in the transmitter and it will emit a constant radio signal from an adjustable range of up to 180 ft. in diameter. Typically, full set-up takes less than two hours and no installation, wire burying, or stakes are required. System includes: Wireless transmitter with power adapter, receiver collar with RFA-67D battery, long contact points for long-haired dogs, test light tool, operating and training guide, and 50 training flags.

The bulb worked great...for about 6 weeks. My snake was moving about more than with a standard bulb and the blue glow made it look better in the tank as well. However, it cost more than 4 times as much as a standard bulb and only lasted 6 weeks. I have it on a timer so it turns on about 11-12 hrs a day. Standard bulbs last me a year or more - so my standard bulb is back in until I find one that lasts. With quality improvements - I may recommend this bulb, but not as is.

My main problem with this 60W bulb is it only lasts for a couple on months. We just leave it on for 12 hours a day.

Have used this fence system for many years. This one is for our Florida home. Very reliable! Have given it as presents for my daughters pets. Good quality. Battery lasts. Easy to find replacement batteries.
