This product came on time. Item itself looks nice, but the materials it is made out of is low quality. Some of the items inside the box did not withstand the transportation and delivery, and now have cracks and splits. Called CS and sent in photos, but still have not received a response. Took matters into my own hands, and bought extra materials to fix the damaged panels. My dog needs a house, and I am tired of waiting for nothing. DO NOT BUY!

This dog house is made of light-weight balsam-type wood. The floor comes in 3 separate pieces and just lays in. The large house only lasted 2 months before 2 of the 3 floor pieces splintered and fell apart under my 80lb dog. I checked the splinters over carefully for chew marks (although he'd never chewed any part of the house) and wasn't able to find any. I only found very flimsy, tiny screws that I was surprised lasted as long as they did. Bottom line is this dog house is VERY poor construction. A complete waste of $125.
No, I do not recommend this product.
