These nests are nice, my four parakeets seem to enjoy having them in their flight cage, but they're too expensive. Next time, I'll shop around more before just settling on Foster & Smith.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I got the bamboo keet instead of the twig nest will my Canaries still use it they haven't got in it or around it as of this point yet

  1. The keet nest is a hooded nest, canaries prefer an open nest. Only once in 27 years have I seen a canary use a hooded nest and that was out of desperation. I had a brother and sister canary in a large flight with many society finches that were sleeping in several parakeet bamboo hooded nests. I didn't have a canary nest in the cage because I didn't want a brother-sister pairing. It seems the canary hen crept into one of the keet nests and laid an egg there. The finches brooded the egg and I only discovered it when a dispute broke out between the mom canary and the resident finches after the baby had hatched. So the short answer is "No, canaries won't accept a covered parakeet nest."

Is Siamese 38 acceptable for a diabetic cat?

Can you get me royal canin siamese 38 in a 6 lb bag?

Is this product appropriate for a multi-cat household in which some are overweight and some are not?

      1. This food won't hurt but the problem is when you have overweight cats you must reduce food intake so leaving around any food at all is not a good idea. The vets at humane society where I get my cats cared for don't like dry food at all no matter what the quality. Now all my kitties are skinny siamese because they play and jump a lot and have tons of toys. Still the vet doesn't want them to have dry. But since they love each night as a treat I give them each a handful or two but still vets disagree. The point is they're overweight and if they are not active food must be reduced. Mine eat about 4 or five meals a day but a small 3 ounce can goes between 3 of them. The doctor was surprised and thought they were eating too much but when I explained they only eat small amounts but more often he was surprised. If they were overweight I'd diet them though. A friend of mine's hubby moved out and the cat was so fat he couldn't jump on the bed. She got his weight down 10 pounds and now he is normal. She just ignored his cries for food.
