Help with Hot Spots

My dog gets pretty bad hot spots at certain times of the year and this stuff helps to keep the outbreaks under control. It does not smell that great, but I prefer that my dog itch less.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Some relief but oh, the SMELL

I know some reviewers said they liked the smell of this stuff or that it was mild, but I could not disagree more. To me the smell is EXTREMELY strong. I can smell my dog from across the room. While it doesn't smell bad per se, it doesn't smell good, either, and it's just a really STRONG odor. It did provide relief from itching for my dog albeit temporarily, but to be fair, I probably didn't apply it as many times per day as I should have b/c I hated the smell. I bought this in conjunction with the shampoo, and the shampoo has a much nicer and milder smell. Two thumbs up on the shampoo!

Yes, I recommend this product.

A Must Have for excessive itching

I used the Septiderm-V shampoo without the lotion and it worked ok, but I had to wash my dog 2 times a week and still it didn't completely stop the itching. I bought the lotion and when she started itching after coming home from the groomers, I applied the lotion and the itching stopped for 4 hours so far. This stuff it amazing. My poor baby has had no relief for months. I have been trying stuff the vet told me to use and none of it worked except the steroids and I didn't keep her on those for very long.

Yes, I recommend this product.
