My cat is black with long hair. I tried the clear ones first but I had a hard time knowing if they were still on. So pink it is! I can see his claws covered and when they fall off, I can see them better on the floor. Now he can scratch the carpet to his little hearts content without tearing it up.

We ordered these as we have moved to a new house and our cats being over a year old our vet did not recommend having them de-clawed. However, she did recommend these plastic tips. I ordered them and when they came I read the directions through several times. At first I found the adhesive a little hard to judge when it was in the tip and would not overflow onto my fingers, but that is just a trial & error thing. Once they were on the cats we had a period of finding one or two of the caps on the floor, but we put them back on with fresh adhesive and they left them alone. Wonderful idea, wish I had thought of it!

loved how easy it was to apply the nail covers to the cat and how they have saved our furniture! They have been on for about a week now and the cat never seemed bothered by the covers or acted like they were uncomfortable. Will be purchasing these for a long time to keep our furniture like new.
