I used enough adhesive and let them dry for about 5 minutes. After 24 there was only 1 nail left on. Cat did not like them being put on either but walked fine after having them on.

I have been using soft claws for at least five years. I continue to be stunned at how pricey little pieces of plastic and glue can be. They are a rip-off, but unfortunately, there is no other way to protect my rugs and furniture. Another negative about this product: half the time the glue is dried out in a just purchased package.

These work wonders with my bengals. They complain a little when they are being put on, but after a couple of minutes after application they don't realize they are there. Be mindful of when you put them on, as you don't want the nails to grow out too far with the caps on. They can get their nails caught in different things which could result in injury. As far working for the cat not scratching our hardwood floors, these are great and the cat's don't mind! Be a responsible cat owner, and your pet will not have any problems.

Caps work great, fairly easy to put on, if you can clip your cats nails then you should be okay putting them on yourself. Be careful with the glue though and don't put too much in. Had them about a week and a half and none have fallen/been chewed off yet. I would highly suggest a visible set if this is your first time buying, because then you can see clearly if they've fallen off. I'm also a huge Halloween lover, I love the black and orange ^_^

Online pricing quite a bit less than in the store and the store only carries clear. You cannot tell when they come off if they are clear - I've used these before and they are great. We're having difficulties integrating 2 of our 5 and the new cat is one bossy tortie (duh.) Pic attached of Mitzie; these cap colors will look sharp on her whether mixed, all black or orange. She attacks our timid cat and has scratched her back and eye. Once the eye is healed up we are going to try and integrate them from 'scratch' again but want to make sure no one gets hurt. Mitz is surprisingly fast for 11 yrs. I have found that the weight guides are pretty accurate.
