Munch balls keep parakeets busy for hours!

I sprinkle them on the floor of the cages. The birds chew them, unravel them, carry them around and even climb up to the perches with balls in their beaks. I have come home on a few occasions to find one or more of the balls floating in the water cup with proud parakeets looking on. Great fun for small birds!

Yes, I recommend this product.

These wicker mini munch balls are quite versatile and easy to use. I usually string them up with leather or paper rope combined with other toy parts such as wood blocks, leather and plastic beads. Great foot toy as well.

Our Goffin never tires of these and there are so many ways to use them as toys. We blend them with other toy parts old and new and she really enjoys working with them.

Colored wicker rings make great foot toys

I'm always looking for new shapes and materials to add to my African Grey's foot toy rotation. She is very suspicious of new toys; some she ignores and others she will not even approach. I bought some of these colored wicker rings hoping that she would accept them. I'm glad to say that they are a big hit. She plays with them and then ends up chewing them into fragments. So they don't last long, but she does enjoy them. If you build your own bird toys, you can add these for color and texture.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I have a bronze-wing pionus that I inherited from my mom. She is very fussy about what she'll play with & she loves to destroy the wicker toys. I have purchased these on several occasions & will continue to do so. I've yet to find much better pricing, & I've looked!

Yes, I recommend this product.

My two Quakers love to play with wiffle balls, so I thought they would like these. They don't, but that does not mean yours won't. A larger parrot would probably hold and chew. You can wash them pretty well.

My tiels love these.

I gave one of my tiels a fiesta ball this afternoon. She has a severe picking problem and usually doesn't play with toys, and I was very relieved to see her focusing on destroying the ball and picking the paper out (and leaving her feathers alone). She was at it for a good four hours until I had to put her to bed- and the ball was still pretty much intact! One of my other tiels likes to pick up one of the smaller balls in his beak and wander around the room with it, throw it against things, toss it off of the cage, etc. I've managed to put small bits of millet in the center of the larger ones and hang it up- the kids love chewing apart the ball to get the treat.

Yes, I recommend this product.
