Feeding Instructions T-Rex Box Turtle Dry Formula should be fed moistened. Feed as much as the box turtle can consume in 12 hours. Fresh fruits, vegetables, and insects may be mixed if so desired. Remove uneaten food on a daily basis. A bowl of fresh, clean drinking water should always be present. Although T-Rex Box Turtle Dry Formula is completely balanced and vitamin enriched, it is a good practice to use T-Rex Bone Aid calcium supplements.

Our Box Turtle (age 20 years old now) will eat nothing but this stuff! He loves it. He will go hungry and refuse the other brands of turtle foods until we break down and go find this stuff! When he was younger he loved live feeder fish the most but as he's grown older he became more and more herbivorous. He will still eat fresh fruits chopped up but that is not a well rounded diet. Thank heavens they still make this stuff as I don't know what we'd do if they didn't.
