The Whisper Power Filter for aquariums offers quiet, 3-stage filtration for clean water and healthy fish. Dual-sided mesh catches debris and fish waste in its dense, fibrous network, then Ultra-Activated carbon provides chemical filtration by absorbing odors and discoloration. Biological filtration is provided by Bio-Foam, which creates a large, three-dimensional area for cultivating aerobic bacteria, which eliminate toxic ammonia and nitrites. No moving parts means long-term reliability. Uses Stay Clean technology to help keep your aquarium clean, clear and healthy, reduce buildup on aquarium glass and bind small dirt particles to make them easier to filter. This filter uses easy-to-change Whisper Bio-Bag Cartridges (size medium), which trap particles floating in your aquarium. The Whisper Power Filter 10 treats aquariums up to 10 gallons (90 GPH).

Where can I purchase Tetra x medium filter cartridges? These specifically.
- I found my medium filters at petco it was the last pack there. If petco doesn't have them petsmart might it's going to be luck of the draw on finding the medium size filters though! Good luck and hope this helped.

on the TetraO PF10, bought it about 5 weeks ago, today I changed the filter and cleaned up the Tetra, however now when I plugged it back in, no water
- You tank doesn't have enought water. Either add water to tank or the filiter.

Too strong?
- There are several things you may want to try. 1. Try raising your water level to the maximum level fit for your tank. 2. Fit a thin cut peice of sponge to the lip of the filter return to allow the water to be soked up then drained back in to the aquarium. (it will also help filter the water) 3. Put a plant or decor peice to help break the water movement. 4. Make your own extention to the filter to let it flow easier into the tank. Remember Guppies do not need a lot of water movement to survive but you still need to make sure that your water has constant surface movement to help your aquarium stay clear. I hope this helped.
