I have not had this installed yet, but it is much larger than I thought it would be. Also, the color is called Titanium and I thought that from the photo of it that it was a rust or brownish color; however, it is grey, which I was very disappointed with. That color does not fit in with where I wanted to hang it; so, now, I have to find a location where it won't be seen by visitors. Since the shipping was free and due to its weight, I cannot afford to return it. I did get a great deal on it, however, $85--normally $135. Once I find a place for it, I do think my cat will love it; or, at least I hope so. CLSilkey

Our extremely "vertically oriented" Tonkinese cats love this shelf. We have a pair of high bookshelves in the living room that had become our cats' favourite perch. The only problem was they couldn't quite reach the top on their own, so we were spending a lot of time shooing them off the dining room table (where they'd yowl longingly and attempt to scale the bookshelf) and then serving as human escalators to raise them to jumping level and then help them down. The shelf solved that problem. Now they can leap onto the shelf and then up to the top of the bookshelf. They also like hanging out on the shelves themselves. And they quite enjoyed supervising the installation.

Easy to install into wall beam. Super strong. Happy cats perch on it all day.

It is extremely hard to hang it on the wall , keeps falling off , have put three seperate holes in the wall. Have to now keep it on the floor. One positive , very nice looking , but is it worth a hundred dollars , not so sure.
